Conservation & Education

It is essential that communities living around fishing destinations must realise the value of their lakes & rivers. To add further value to these natural habitats Reel Africa attracts sport fishing revenue to these communities thus encouraging environmental protection. As destinations become more popular to sports fishermen, Reel Africa train up and employ river wardens who can act as local guides, and monitor the fishing beats. This process will lay the foundation of a group of ghillies and guides local to each stretch of water across the country.

Visit schools and get kids fishing ethically and understanding sustainability issues. This is our commitment to invest in the future. Environmental watchdogs along every river bank in east africa

Welcome to Our World

Fishing for us is a chance to get out into those wild places and practice the quiet art of rod and line. Kenya straddles the equator and is a piscatorial paradise. Glacial melt streams trickle down through every environment to tropical blue waters. We’ve spent uncountable hours fishing all over the country. We thrive on the safaris we do through untamed wilderness. Since childhood we have fished Kenya’s waters, thrilled with wild surroundings, shared a beat with crocodiles and elephant, basked with whale sharks, been beaten by wild storms and toasted in the tropical heat. Come and join us on one of our exciting fishing expeditions, which we host and guide. We each take between two and four clients. We try where possible to include wildlife and wilderness spectacles en route, savouring the entire environment and not rushing to ruin the spectacle of Africa. We are happy to organize fishing safaris for small groups when we are available, so for bookings and expedition enquiries, send us an e-mail...
