Reel Africa Ltd ~ Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in the Reel Africa Ltd.
Receipt of deposit and / or final payment is acknowledgment that registrant has read and accepts all our Terms and Conditions.
Reservations and Payments
An advance deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total per-person cost of the trip will be required to confirm any package at any of the lodges used by the company or by any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. This deposit must be made within twenty (20) days from the reservation date of the package. If the deposit is not made within the timeframe the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Please note that dates and availability are subject to realization of advance deposit. To avoid the disappointment of not being able to secure the dates that you want, reservations must be made as early as possible. The balance full payment for the trip shall be paid at least sixty (60) days prior to the proposed trip departure date.
Refunds
The aforementioned deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. There will be also no refund for any unused portion of the package.
Due to the nature of our business, the limited spots available, we do not give refunds of deposits or full trip fees. We suggest that you obtain trip insurance. The reason for our inability to refund deposits/payments is that we may have turned down clients while holding your deposit and space for you and it is next to impossible to fill a vacated space close to the departure dates of the tour. In no event the lodges or their owners or managers shall be responsible for any cancellation of the services due to inclement weather, any event of force majeure or any other reason beyond the control of the lodges, its owners or management.
By making a reservation of any Reel Africa Ltd. destination in any manner, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
However, if you wish to cancel the tour for any reason then a written notice of cancellation is mandatory prior to Reel Africa Ltd. putting the trip up for sale. If we rebook the trip, a 15% (of the total value of the trip) cancellation penalty will apply. All other deposits and payments will be returned to cancelling party. If the trip does not sell prior to the balance due date (15 days prior to arrival) a 100% cancellation penalty will apply.
Separate terms and conditions may apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these separate terms and conditions carefully. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
All payments can be sent to us by wire-transfer; bank information of which will be sent to you via email.
